Welcome to the Deerfield Elementary School website. Built in 1968, Deerfield is located in the northwest part of Lawrence and has a student population of 500. As a school community we work together to help each other learn life-long academic and problem solving skills, self worth, and respect for all. We are committed to helping all students become successful learners. Parents are our partners in this effort.

The Deerfield Carnival needs Your Help! We still need volunteers for the Deerfield Carnival this Saturday, May 5th. If you are interested, please sign up here.

******************************************************************************************* Marathon Club is every Wednesday at 1:30pm. Have your children lace up their shoes. Marathon Club is an after school hang-out with your friends while walking or running 26 miles! Yep, that's right...26 miles and when your child is done, they will earn a Deerfield Marathon Club Finisher T-Shirt and their picture on the Wall of Fame!

If your child is new to Marathon Club please print the consent form and bring it to the school office or to Marathon Club.
